Cityfab2.docs

This book is a collection of pedagogical resources using the tools and machines available in the fablab Cityfab 2 (Brussels) in 2020. As I was working in this place, I wrote tutorials to share knowledge and originally made a local website of it (hosted on a local server in the fablab). Then as I had a lot of content already formatted in HTML, I decided to make a web-to-print book with all these tutorials I wrote.

In this project I was interested in creating connections between the original web version and the web-to-print new version. This is why I explored how I could use web responsivity into the web-to-print layout, for instance by using flexbox in title pages to stretch or shrink the content according to the available space.
